Box 16

The first thing I noticed when I walk in the field sports building was the smell. It smelled like tar or outside of a construction site. Sometimes I would think about how you open up a new Basketball out of the box and it smells like rubber. The lights are bright and it was a cool breeze coming from the doors on each side of the rectangular room. The track in in the middle of the room. Each event had a section to practice on the track and around the room. MY subculture practiced in the back of the track going north when you enter the room. The setup takes up almost half of the track. The floor looks dusty as if people walk on it all day.
